I wanted to create a typeface for my posters that was completely original. The first style i quite liked, because of the way it was clear but hat lines ran off the existing jigsaw shapes to create new shapes. I decided not to use this in my final posters because i thought it wasn't sending the right message to fit with our Nanny State.
The second style was fun to do and took a while to create each letter i needed, but in the end i thought it wasn't professional looking enough to be used on a poster that is supposedly from the government.
